HOW TO USE EXCEL INVOICE BILL SOFTWARE FOR CAR REPAIR:

1. Fill only light blue cells only.
2. Enter Parts in Parts Entry Sheet.
3. Enter Customer name,address,phone,Email,Vehicle Licence,model,year,color,vin#,Mileage in Customers Entry Sheet.
4. Enter choose Vehicle Licence from drop down list then Invoice create automaticly,enter invoice date in Invoice Entry Sheet.
5. Choose Invoice no and Parts from drop down lists and enter quantity and unit price of Parts in Invoice Data Sheet.
6. Insert your Shop Logo,Enter Your shop Name,address,phone,Email,Choose invoice no from drop down list which you want print and save as pdf invoice bill in Invoice Bill sheet.
7. When we click on Print Button then Invoice print preview willbe displayed and we can print it, When we click on Save Button then Invoice saved as pdf file in the same location of Invoice billing software.
8. We can add rows to all tables by clicking 'Add Rows' buttons.
9. We can filter and sort data in all sheets except Invoice Bill sheet.
