How to create website or blog

We can create  websites or blogs in different ways.
They are:

1. Blogger
2. Wordpress
3. google sites
4. webnode,weebly etc. 

We need a e-mail to create website or blog through all those above ways.We can run these websites or blogs free of cost.But When We want add custom domains like .com, .in, .net, .org, .tv etc instead of  blogspot.com,wordpress.com,google sites.com etc,We have to buy custom domains from domain sellers like Godaddy, 1&1 , Namecheap.com etc for 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 ....... years.
