HOW TO REMOVE STATIC / HOME PAGE TITLE IN BLOGGER

1. Go to Blogger Dashboard.
2. Go to Template through More option.
3. Click on Edit HTML.
4.  Search box displayed when you hold Ctrl+F.
5. Search for </b:skin>.
6. Copy  the following code and paste it below </b:skin>. 
7. Then click on Save Template.
